Returns & Refunds
We hope your Aneo Living order brings you joy! But if you change your mind, you don't love it, or something isn’t quite right, you have 14 days from delivery to let us know you'd like to make a return.
How to return:
1. Please email our Customer Happiness Team at hello@dunebugtoys.com within 14 days of receiving your order to start your return.
2. Carefully package your return and include a note with your order number.
3. Send your return to:

4. Post your return to arrive within 14 days of contacting us, and keep your proof of postage safe.
5. Once we receive your return, your refund will be issued without undue delay, but always within 14 days. The timing of the credit reaching your account depends on your card provider.
6. You’ll receive an email confirming your refund, but not upon receipt of your return.
Return conditions:
• Goods must be in their original packaging, unused, and with all relevant tags intact.
• Please package your return carefully; we’re not liable for loss or damage during transit.
• Put the return address and postage label on the outer packaging—not directly on the product’s own packaging. Returns with defaced packaging may be refused.
• Returns made after the 14-day period, or goods not in new, resalable condition, may be refused. In such cases, we will return the goods to you at your expense.
Something Not Quite Right?
We take great care to make sure your order arrives in perfect condition. If something is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or not as described, please email us as soon as possible at hello@dunebugtoys.com, letting us know what’s gone wrong, and providing photographs of the goods and/or packaging.
We’ll respond promptly and work to resolve things quickly. We may ask for more photos of the goods, or in some cases, ask that it be returned to us for inspection.
If a return is needed, we’ll provide a prepaid return label. If we confirm a fault, you’ll receive a full refund. However, if after inspection we find that the goods are not faulty, the return postage cost will be deducted from your refund.
Please include your original packing slip or a note with your order number so we can match the return to your order. Kindly repack the goods with care, using suitable packaging to ensure it reaches us in the same condition it arrived with you.
