Courier collections take place on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday around 12pm. If you receive your dispatch email after this time, your parcel may be handed to the courier on the next collection day.

Delivery Details

We currently use Evri for delivery, which typically takes 1–2 working days after dispatch to reach you.

Tracking details will be sent when your postage label is created—so you can start following your parcel's journey early. If you might not be home for delivery, we recommend setting a safe place or nominating a trusted neighbour to receive it for you.

Prefer to pick up your order in person? Collection is available from our Southport warehouse—just choose the 'Collect' option at checkout. We’ll email you when your order is ready, along with all the details you need. Our opening hours are Monday - Friday, 9am - 3pm.
